Member & Advertiser Privacy
Alpaca Elite assumes no responsibility or liability for the information and images that individual members upload and/or display on their pages. Members and advertisers must provide accurate, current, and appropriate information. If Alpaca Elite determines that certain information is inaccurate, inappropriate, derogatory, or in any other way misrepresentative, it reserves the right to modify, edit, or remove such information.
Information that is provided by members and adverisers to Alpaca Elite privately and confidentially, such as for payments, billing, contacting members, or for other businesses matters, will be kept private and confidential. Alpaca Elite does not share any of this information with other businesses without the owner’s express permission.
Collection of Information
Alpaca Elite makes every effort to inform users of what information is being collected and for what purpose. As such, users take responsibility for information that is submitted for the purposes described.
Elite Newsletter Sign-Up/Address Removal
When a user submits their email address to sign up for Alpaca Elite’s newsletter, they agree to receive periodic newsletters and relevant updates from Alpaca Elite via email. Alpaca Elite does not provide or sell its newsletter mailling list to any other businesses, including member farms.
If you would like to remove your email address from Alpaca Elite’s newsletter mailing list, please send an email to remove@alpacaelite.com and make sure the address you are sending the email from is the one you want to remove from the newsletter mailing list. You do not need to insert any text in the subject or Message fields.
Individual Member Farm Privacy
Alpaca Elite does not accept responsibility or liability for information that a user submits directly to one of our member farms. Users should read the individual farm’s privacy statements before deciding whether to submit information to that farm.
Privacy Policy Disputes
Members, Advertisers or users who believe their privacy has been violated in regard to this policy should contact Alpaca Elite promptly so that any issues can be addressed right away.
Alpaca Elite reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
